I love Ambrosia! The meals are very tasty and they make it a lot easier for me to stick with my wellness program. The customer service is fantastic! Gabrielle is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I recently forgot to pick up my meals during the pickup window and she went out of her way to meet me the next day so I could get my food. CHEF AARON EAMES



Owner and Chef, Aaron Eames, fell in love with the hum of a busy kitchen watching his grandmother prepare dinners for their local church. Aaron fell in love with Caribbean Cuisine in his early 20's. After finishing his Army commitment right after high school, he decided to pursue his love for food.
