Make sure to refrigerate immediately upon arrival
Most meals are good for up to (7) days in the fridge. You may freeze your meals for up to (14) from receipt. Make sure to freeze in a freezer-safe container.
Steaks and some fish (e.g. Salmon) are cooked to medium or 145 degrees in our kitchen. This enables you to reheat without overcooking your proteins.
Reheat your veggies and grains separately from your proteins. Most proteins only require a fraction of time to reheat.
Some veggies (e.g. bell peppers) mixed in meals are raw. Why do you ask? No one likes soggy veggies. Since clients use various reheating methods this provides the most consistent result we've found.
