Owner and Chef, Aaron Eames, fell in love with the hum of a busy kitchen watching his grandmother prepare dinners for their local church. Aaron fell in love with Caribbean Cuisine in his early 20's. After finishing his Army commitment right after high school, he decided to pursue his love for food.
Upon graduating BIC, a culinary school in Baltimore, he studied Italian Cuisine at Vito’s Café in Cockeysville, MD. He transitioned to catering making his way up from prep cook to sous chef along the way. Chef Aaron received his BS from the Art Institute of Charleston. Since his initial pursuit he has worked as a sous chef, general manager, restaurant consultant, corporate executive chef and business owner.
